What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects when the products are used normally and as instructed in the manual. They don’t cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents.

How to get your Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty goes the extra mile to help you enjoy your Maxi-Cosi car seat, stroller or carrycot.
You’re eligible for the warranty if you’re the first owner of the product. If it was a gift, you can still register it in your name. You’ll need to have proof of purchase.
To claim your Lifetime Warranty, you need to register your product within 3 months of purchasing it. You’ll then receive a Lifetime Warranty certificate. You’ll need your purchase receipt to upload when you register.
Any Maxi-Cosi product purchased from March 1 2016 onwards, is valid for the Maxi-Cosi Lifetime Warranty.
What to do if your product goes wrong
If something goes wrong with your product, first stop using it. You should then go to the retailer who sold it to you.
