Dorel operates from ten European bases. The offices in Helmond, Netherlands, and Cholet, France, together form the Competence Centre. These locations are responsible for the management of Supply Chain and Operations, Quality, ICT, Human Resources, Marketing and New Product Development, Purchasing and Finances. This unique Competence Centre masters legislative, design and fashion differences between countries whilst safeguarding the efficiency and economic aspects of the business.
